Shipping information
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (UK): 5-10 business days
- Standard Shipping (International): 10-21 business days
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations, 3-7 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking information on our order status page.
International Orders: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
